1. When should I expect to get my order?
With everything except our most common products, we print and ship to order. Right now, we aim to have orders shipped within 7 business days, with 99% of our orders being shipped within 3 days. From there it is up to the USPS and you will have a tracking number to see where the order is.
2. What are your parts made of?
Polymaker PLA Pro is our main material, for its strength and reliability.
3. How do I get in contact with you for questions?
Shop3D2A@gmail.com is our main place to get in contact with us. We try to respond within 1 business day.
4. I want a custom design, what does that cost?
Email us at Shop3D2A@gmail.com. We take on custom design projects on a case by case basis. Any product we do make will be available for sale on the website, excluding custom logos or designs that are requested on an existing product (for example a logo on a desk stand). We are happy to work with you!
